Yo'lDosh Account Deletion

The YO'LDOSH app (operated by AUTOGUIDE LLC) lets you request complete deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@autoguide.uz with the subject "Account deletion".

2. Include the phone number your account is registered with.

3. We may contact you at that number to confirm you own the account.

4. The account and its associated data will be deleted within 30 days of the request being confirmed; you will receive a deletion confirmation by email.

What data is deleted

• your account: phone number, name and profile data
• your request and support history within the platform

What data is retained

• payment and completed-transaction records — for the periods required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• anonymized analytics (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics) not linked to the account
